We recently went to buy a new Kia Sedona and were horrified with our experience at the first dealership we went to. We called Michael Crawford and had nothing but exceptional service through the entire transaction. Not once did they try to pull the wool over us! I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is a nice dealership with friendly helpful people. I called the parts department to order a car part and the sales person that helped me was very friendly. He ordered the part without me having to pay for it in advance. The only complaint that I have is that they did not call to let me know that the part was on backorder, I had to call them to find out.
